Due to the ongoing situation regarding the COVID-19 virus I have now closed the shop page on my website. I really hope things improve and that normality will be restored soon. For now the mono-printing booklet will no longer be available in print form, but as an ebook only. Thanks to all those of you who have already bought the booklet in print or the new ebook, I appreciate your support at this difficult time.
